Just wondering about banking within the same group that have defaulted you.
I know there is the right for the same company to set-off/nab funds from other accounts if you are in arrears. Does that apply to the group? And would it apply at all after a default?
I ask because...

I have started this thread to try to highlight the difficulties of dealing with Social Services particularly if you have a vulnerable adult in your family. Nationwide Charges
Hey guys,
I went through my Nationwide Statements for the last 24 months, found they had charged me over £235 for unpaid S/O's, D/D's and Unauth O/D fees.
