I am wondering if you could help me. I am currently dealing with Barclaycard or should i say Calder Financial and Moorcroft. Re 2 cards that I have with them. I sent them a letter requesting a signed copy of the credit agreement from both cards and never received anything from them....

It's taken me a long time to bite the bullet and go for this, I started with a DMP with CCCS around Feb 2010, but after a review they decided to shove my payments so high that we couldn't survive, so following Niddy's advice we've stopped the DMP and sent CCA requests to the lot of them.
