Merchants Rentals Plc
Has anyone got advice to give regarding what I consider unfair contractual terms of Merchant Rentals. We hire a card machine from them and they are asking us to pay £200 when the contract is terminated. We have fulfilled our term and given correct notice. Ok
If you have an enforceable debt because they have either supplied a S77-79 compliant agreement or they are post 2007 and you are currently blagging it (or even making token payments)
Obviously you could do a CPUTR request to see if they have the original but is it worth sending a SAR... -
