In my postbox this morning I found a letter from an HCEO addressed to a company that has nothing to do with me.
There is no copy of a Writ just a letter demanding payment. The paper has no letter head either.

High Court Enforcement Officer
Does anyone have any experience of these? As my CCJ wasn't from a CCA, Spreadex are threatening to get one and I was told they are actually more powerful than a normal bailiff and just break in to take stuff?? -
