hi all im new to all this I got into debt after losing my job on health grounds a few years ago, I used all my savings making payments to cccs on a dmp, when the savings run out I decided I had to feed my family instead of paying my dmp so left it to pay token payments to all.

Phoned Mackenzie Hall and asked what date the catalogue debt was from and they said 2007.

Phoned Capquest and asked the same to be told 2007.

Phoned shop direct financial services and told them i am being hounded by Mackenzie Hall debt collection agency.

Hello All

I've wandered over from MSE to keep a diary of my DMP and to try to keep myself on the straight and narrow

So far my creditors have received their first payment and I have CCA'd the two catalogues I owe money to.

One has replied to say they can't locate...

As some of you may know me from MSE you'll also know about my Gripes with lloyds.

As things stand i have just sent them a F&F letter to which they just sent in a decline to that.

Whats the next port of call?

I started this diary as today i am sending my 1st Letter to Halifax CC.

I do remember i got this card back in 2002 and i did sign the agreement but reading what Niddy has said its worth a go.
