I don't know if I am in the right place or not, or if even such a place exists but I'm hoping so on both accounts.

I've a number of claims with different banks/credit cards at the moment regarding charges and have actually passed them to the FOS, I was wondering if I posted them up here...

I’ve been reading the posts/diaries on this site for a few weeks now (previously on MSE) and have come to the conclusion I too must go down the UE route.

Briefly, I’d never missed a payment to my creditors (although only ever min. payments)...

Tried reclaiming charges from Santander as on a £2600 overdraft, I calculated over £2000 (plus interest) related to charges.

Got a letter back today refusing my claim...

Hi, Does anyone happen to know if I can use the HSBC machines in the branches for the coins if I have a First Direct current account? I need to get rid of my piles of coins so just wondering if this was possible. When I spoke to First Direct they didnt know!
