I was wondering if anyone knows if you can CCA for an overdraft. I have read somewhere that you can't, is that correct?

Might be the wrong sub-forum but CCJ advice....
I received a default in 2009 and they subsequently applied a CCJ in 2011 which expires March 2017. Currently paying £45 per month and £2.5 outstanding in total.

Hi All,
As Clearscore offer free credit report based on Equifax data (sort of Noddle - Callcredit partnership), I am inclined to see what they have on file against my name - I have Noddle already and check it regularly every month.
