      Re: My recent results

      Thank you all xx

I have some of the results, unfortunately my kidney function has dropped to 48eGFR, it was 55Egfr 3 months ago, my creatinine at 107, potassium not too bad at 5.2
Cholesterol is good though at 4.1.7

Feeling gutted on the function though, will be seeing my Dr again next Monday who is going to try to push quicker for the specialist app.

        Good news on the cholesterol

Sorry to hear about the kidney function. Hopefully you'll get to see the specialist soon.

Thank you all so much for your support and best wishes.

I just corrected the Potassium level now, accidentally wrote double same reading level the same as creatinine level at first lol.

                Re: My recent results

I understand kidney stones can cause a decrease in functioning of the kidneys, although my GP seems to think that its down to long term high Bp, it will now be left with the neph to deal with it from here, appointment in the post for hopefully by the end of June to first week of July when the hospital got in touch the other day.

I do now and again get waves of flank pain, nothing too much but it does happen, and did read that this may be a symptom of kidney stones.
I did again mention about this to my Dr and again told to leave it to the experts (neph).

Does anyone here know anyone or have suffered kidney stones please?
