Does your GP still check your renal/kidney function Vint? (eGFR)? By blood tests?

Yes Di, GP checks it every 6 months along with all of the other tests.

I have an appointment on Monday 13 May with my own Doc and a letter to follow for the outpatients (nephrologist to follow),originally the neph app was going to be Oct or Nov but it's brought forward
Full tests will be at my Doc's, results the following day, and they forward them on to the consultant at the hospital, and will be having more at my neph appointment, my Dr said the neph will be arranging tunnel scans.Last edited by di30; 25 April 2013, 22:33.Comment

I'm not doing too bad, trying to get on with stuff as much as I'm able to, although maybe not as often as I did before.
I had further tests today, lots of bloods drawn, as it was fastings I've been feeling very tired today, but getting there.
Results should be in for tomorrow if not the following day, fingers crossed x
