With reference to your article in the Daily Telegraph of 14th May 2012, I would like to bring you to book over some of your assumptions. One of your arguments is that only 3 out of 10 people are found fully unfit to work and that 2 out of 10 are found fit enough to do some sort of work, and more than half are fully fit to work, these are no doubt the figures you have been presented with by the DWP, it’s a shame you didn’t decide to include the figures of claimants who have had their benefit claims denied through the assessment process only to have them reinstated at tribunal or appeal?
