    I would be tempted to contact them and say ,"you would love a review of your payments as you need to reduce them to £10.00 due to a change in circumstances, you will leave the payment at £24 till they contact you to agree the reduction", bet they don't get back to you

    or just write and tell them nothing has changed an you cannot afford a higher payment at the moment.

    Thats great news Cecilia!

    I know that the FCA have been looking at the other big PDL companies on irresponsible lending on the same basis that they had at Wonga, but unfortunately my contact can't tell me who.

    I don't want to draw conclusions but perhaps this may be related

    Whatever the reason, its fantastic news!

    Make sure you keep that email safe! If you have another email account I would forward it to that email account just incase you ever get locked out of your email account. Remember to cancel the standing order too!

    It's likely that ARC will continue to chase for payment, so make sure then that you then send them the email as evidence the account is closed.

    TBH that is actually a result, as you want them to drop off your credit file in the shortest time. The fact they have already defaulted you with the CRA's is better than showing arrangement to pay markers and not defaulting you.

    Had a look at my credit report over the weekend. I know it got trashed the minute I defaulted with my PDL's. The only PDL's listed on there are PaydayUK, Mr Lender and Pounds to Pocket. None of them have updated the fact that I have a payment plan with them, and have been paying them regularly for over a year now. All those accounts show that I have defaulted and not made any payment, which is not true.

    If you do feel inclined to respond then something along the line of below would be suitable. Don't send them a new I/E form, or payslips or anything else, they have no right to it, and the info they are asking for with regard to creditors they can/should be easily able to verify with the CRA's anyway if they're that interested. With the position that the FCA have taken with Wonga then there may also want to consider an irresponisble lending argument and stop paying them completely.     Thank you for email dated xx/xx/xxxx with regard to a review of my account.

    Please be advised that my financial circumstances with regard to my income have not changed, therefore I will continue to pay the agreed monthly amount of £xx.xx.

    Please also be advised that I consider a review of my circumstances every 2 months as completely unreasonable. It is an almost universal fact that employers review salaries on an annual basis, therefore what purpose can more regular reviews serve other than to cause harassment and stress?

    Although salaries may be only reviewed annually, and as previously stated earlier in this letter that my income has not changed, my outgoings however have not, and have actually increased. I am sure you are aware of the regular increases in fuel bills, food, etc which seem to increase on a regular basis much more frequently than on an annual basis.

    If you wish to continue to pursue a more regular financial review, then I would be happy to take the opportunity to reassess my finances, and would be looking to reduce my payments to you in consideration of my static income, and increasing outgoings as per the common financial statement guidelines and trigger figures provided by my debt counsellor.

    However as also previously stated I am still prepared at this point in time to endevour to honour the originally agreed monthly payment of £xx.xx and will conduct a review at a more appropriate timeframe in 12 months time. I trust this will be acceptable to you and look forward to confirmation of your acceptance in due course.

    They sent it via email, so I am going to ignore it, and continue to make my monthly payments. They got their most recent payment last week. Don't worry, I would never send them payslips. If they write to me, I will send your letter.

    Well if this was sent by email I would be tempted to ignore it, continue making your monthly payments and then respond if they actually write to you.

    If you do feel inclined to respond then something along the line of below would be suitable. Don't send them a new I/E form, or payslips or anything else, they have no right to it, and the info they are asking for with regard to creditors they can/should be easily able to verify with the CRA's anyway if they're that interested. With the position that the FCA have taken with Wonga then there may also want to consider an irresponisble lending argument and stop paying them completely. You could always put this to them if they don't want to be reasonable......

    Thank you for email dated xx/xx/xxxx with regard to a review of my account.

    Please be advised that my financial circumstances with regard to my income have not changed, therefore I will continue to pay the agreed monthly amount of £xx.xx.

    Please also be advised that I consider a review of my circumstances every 2 months as completely unreasonable. It is an almost universal fact that employers review salaries on an annual basis, therefore what purpose can more regular reviews serve other than to cause harassment and stress?

    Although salaries may be only reviewed annually, and as previously stated earlier in this letter that my income has not changed, my outgoings however have not, and have actually increased. I am sure you are aware of the regular increases in fuel bills, food, etc which seem to increase on a regular basis much more frequently than on an annual basis.

    If you wish to continue to pursue a more regular financial review, then I would be happy to take the opportunity to reassess my finances, and would be looking to reduce my payments to you in consideration of my static income, and increasing outgoings as per the common financial statement guidelines and trigger figures provided by my debt counsellor.

    However as also previously stated I am still prepared at this point in time to endevour to honour the originally agreed monthly payment of £xx.xx and will conduct a review at a more appropriate timeframe in 12 months time. I trust this will be acceptable to you and look forward to confirmation of your acceptance in due course.

    Your account is due for further review so that we can get an update on your current financial situation.

    You currently have a balance of £697.00 with Mr Lender and have been on a repayment plan for 13 months paying £16.00 per month.
