    Which one did you use? The Arkell v Pressdram one?

        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

        If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

          My thread seems to have disappeared off my user cp? Not sure if hot something on this damn touch screen?? Not showing on my subscribed threads have emailed the site, was panicking in case it disappeared, it's my source of strength!!!

              At some point it may come to deciding whether you do actually say this to Wonga, depends on your appetite to risk, though in the case of payday loans its highly unlikely that they would take you to court as if you get a decent solicitor then they would not want their interest rates to be challenged - could topple the whole lot of them.

              Lets hope they see sense, if not then you may want to use one of Niddys specials and tell them you are living in your car and to f-off.

              You've gone beyond reasonable effort to try to sort this - its Wonga being unreasonable - ball is in their court..........

                Yea I'm hoping they play ball so can get something in place, pay off and tell em to f**k themselves lol

                I'm not that ballsy for risk lol but am not worrying to much

                Oh I emailed express to advise I'd made first payment as agreed, they emailed back a standard type email staing if I was in difficulty to contact them. My response was that I was on an agreed plan, which is in writing and that they should know this, also stated I thought it seemed very unprofessional for them not to have realised this! My little dig ��

                  got emails today confirming my payment plan so now in place! your letter worked!!! you kick ass!

                  and ive already their bank details so i will def not miss the agreed date again.

                          Great news Tinkers well done! Keep that email safe - don't ever delete it!

                          Be careful of Wonga they may still try a couple of tricks to get your new debit card details don't fall for them.

                          Keep up the payments so you don't give them an excuse to get on your back. If your circumstances change and you're not able to pay them then we can sort that if necessary.

                          However desperate you get make sure you don't take out any more payday loans - not being moralistic here, its just that you would not believe how many of them are linked.

                          Now you can chillax and enjoy the weekend!!

                            Oh I keep all emails don't worry, in each individual folder!
                            I had emailed all the addresses I had, inc errol the boss, i could see that the email they sent was sent from his address, to the escalation team to sort!

                            They will never get my details and I will never be stupid enough to do that again, I've only started being reasonably content and happy in my life again after a rough few yrs bottling that all up.

                            I see the light finally ☺

                            I've said it before but this site rocks! You guys are all really great, and you def in particular SnV, meant what I said before, I really owe you, I've donated to the site and will do again but would really like to donate to a few beers for u fund! Hopefully somehow we can make that happen, a token off much appreciation cos it was all mostly your letters that kicked ass.
