Loan and credit file

I got a loan and was supposed to pay it off over twenty weeks.

It took a lot longer than twenty weeks but i did pay it off.

On my credit file it shows settled but i thought it should say paid in full?

Does settled have an effect on your credit file compared to it saying paid in full?

It says zero balance but i will soon have another loan paid off with the same company and i don't want them putting settled if it should say paid in full.

Looking at my credit file, loans I paid early after missing no payments are marked just as settled, so I think you're fine.

Settled is the correct entry, for a settled account

I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.
