    Man sets Debt Collector on Fire

    A man was arrested Monday in Buenos Aires for allegedly setting another man on fire during an argument over an unpaid debt, Argentine police said.
    The incident occurred in the capital's Palermo neighborhood when the 41-year-old victim was doused with flammable liquid and then set aflame.
    The victim was transported to the local burn hospital, where he was admitted in serious condition.
    Police sources cited by the official Telam news agency said that the situation developed when the victim came to a building to collect a debt from another man and the pair began arguing in the vestibule.

      Perhaps it ought to be a condition of getting a licence to practice this sort of work:

      Sect 67 para 5 (b) The debtor may at anytime set fire to the collector without fear of prosecution.
