Re: Welcome to Lownwide
Hi all!
Not sure if this is the right place to post but I think I have made a huge mistake
Back in November, I was issued an SD from Lowell's - I applied to have it set aside and three days before the court date got rushed into hospital as I had a heart attack. I asked the court to change the date which they did - to what I thought (and even put in my diary) as 4th Feb 2014. Tonight whilst reviewing all of my paperwork and making sure it was in order I noticed that the hearing was today. Can anyone offer any advice as to what I can do next or am I royally screwed?
Any help would be really appreciated right now!
Cheers
Lee

Re: Welcome to Lownwide
I've asked Andrew to pop in (I text him).I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

Re: Welcome to Lownwide
Nightmare. First thing to do is ring the court when it opens today and find out what order has been made. That is the starting point. Until we know what the order is we will only be guessing what is the best thing to do next.
