      Re: Welcome to Lownwide

      Hi all!

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I think I have made a huge mistake
Back in November, I was issued an SD from Lowell's - I applied to have it set aside and three days before the court date got rushed into hospital as I had a heart attack. I asked the court to change the date which they did - to what I thought (and even put in my diary) as 4th Feb 2014. Tonight whilst reviewing all of my paperwork and making sure it was in order I noticed that the hearing was today. Can anyone offer any advice as to what I can do next or am I royally screwed?

Any help would be really appreciated right now!

      Cheers

      Lee

        Hi Lownwide.

This isn't my area but I didn't want to read and run.

I'm not sure if there's anything you can do but I'll flag up your post and hopefully someone will be along who can help.

I doubt it will be tonight because of the time.

                    Re: Welcome to Lownwide

Nightmare. First thing to do is ring the court when it opens today and find out what order has been made. That is the starting point. Until we know what the order is we will only be guessing what is the best thing to do next.

I have just called the court and they say that the Judge has adjourned the case until after 17th March and that they will be sending documentation in the next 3 days.
