      Hi all!

      Glad to be around, If you need any help with Shop Direct or NDR with getting them to accept payment plans and freeze interest.

      I'm not interested in saying "You borrowed so listen to NDR and pay what you owe" etc I speak to these people on a daily basis (I work within the group) I know how they can be (even to colleagues) so can assist. and I know the best way to get £12 charges removed and how to get them to listen etc

      I work within the group, hense my strange name, I need to keep my ID a secret. So any questions just ask!
