Nice to know that I Beget Mischief has once again chosen to ignore the basics of systems analysis, and left out all the exception cases. They boys from Big Blue have only included what they think happens, which is just about par for the course when you employ people with no common sense and no life skills, and quite often no idea of life in the UK to implement systems that are core to our way of life. When will the people commissioning these IT systems take heed.
