    As much as that - that will make them take notice .... not!!! The FSA have as much bite as Scarlets cat!!!

        Heres hoping that this is just the first and easy one that the FSA have fined.

        Seems others will be sometime in the future.

        Perhaps Co-Op were doing a Barclays Libor trying to get a lessor fine.

        More shame on this industry.
