They're not dogs, they will not lie down and let you tickle their belly you know
Just respond with the final response as detailed earlier.

They never accept itOriginally posted by Flossy View PostI sent it all after the MBNA 1. There was 3 separate emails for each one. One for the old CCA, one for the new CCA for MBNA 1 and one for MBNA 2 (Virgin CC).
You told me about the MBNA 1 was EN as they had covered everything and originally the first one was UE and the second EN but you told me to blag it with PT letter, which I did and they will not accept that.

I have not got a CCA for this....? Can you send it me, just the CCA and cover letter plus the terms - unless you already have and I already replied...?
Thanks

Ok well to this you would send the final response as per my last post regards mint/mbna1.....Originally posted by Flossy View PostMBNA #2 - Niddy "If not already done, send this --> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms"
- Sent PT letter 14 July 2012 - Sent a reply that Arden's position remains as outlined, you are free to take whatever action you wish but, we will not be realising you from this obligation.
- Sent CCA to Niddy straight after MBNA 1. Waiting a reply.

While I have you here can I ask for my MBNA 2 CCA result back please? Also, would like to talk about this one as they have got the wrong a/c number at the start of swapping it over from MBNA to Britannica.. Dont know what difference this makes but thought I would mention it.

Re: Flossy UE Diary & YB Hassle
send em one of these as well? Why not...Originally posted by Flossy View PostIn the beginning they wouldn't send the CCA due to no signature on my letter's (x3)and I was sending letters to the solicitors as they had been sending threatening letters of litigation! A/C in dispute, etc until the CCA eventually came back as EN.
I have updated everything in my diary and asked about all my accounts.
Okay, thank you I will try UE before anything and see if they get Shoosmiths Solicitors back on my case.

Re: Flossy UE Diary & YB Hassle
I was paying them £1pm for a while and they where okay with it. They used to write and ask if my circumstances had changed every 6 months or so.. I will try and do a deal on this one.Originally posted by Never-In-Doubt View Postseems you closed and settled to re-open then. The limits confirm that, as they are so similar - Mint had a maximum limit of £7.5k during 2007 until closure to new customers so the way around that was new business from old customers.
Oh well, not the best result but you could still blag this for now. Mint are not that aggressive....
Do you know if you can knock down the amount to re-pay? Or it would take years! I would be retired by then! ;-)
