    Letter received from Moorcroft offering to stop legal proceedings if i agree to pay the outstanding fee in monthly instalments.

    Unless anyone thinks otherwise I'll ignore for now, especially as they haven't received my 'Threat by Creditor - Commence Litigation' letter yet.

    I sent them that letter back in March and they came back saying they've contacted B/C and B/C confirmed they'd complied with my CCA request (though they haven't) so Moorcroft will commence chasing the debt. I ignored it as per Niddy's advice and this is the next letter i've received.

    Letter received from Moorcrap asking me to call them immediately an advising me of possible litigation. They say if i do not contact them they'll have no choice but to recommend to their client that solicitors issue legal proceedings and if the judgement is obtained i will owe them £3256.38.
