    Not actually headed with that but does go on to say... to prevent our recommending to our client that solicitors commence legal proceedings... i must pay up by 14/01/2012. Surprised its been passed to them as Co op were supposedly looking into our complaint. Still makes my stomach churn when they mention court so thanks for helping me realise they're talking a load of tosh most of the time

        nope, its just a notice of assignment.....
        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.             07/01/2012..letter received thanking me for my complaint. Concerns will be investigated by a case handler and outcome sent in writing asap
            11/ 01/2012...Letter received from MOORCROFT. Been instructed by Co op. Notice of Intended Litigation
            12/01/2012..Threat by creditor..to commence litigation letter sent
            20/01/2012..Letter received from Co op stating they have investigated and believe account is enforceable and we are liable, and this is their final response. If we're not happy complain to FOS within six months. Account now with Moorcroft
            Update.

            Can you advise on my next move please

                  Had the pre litigation letter from Moorcroft so i'll wait to see what they send next. Was hoping for 4 stress free weeks to get blood pressure down before operation. Mmm.Maybe not. Thanks for the mega rapid replies as always.

                      It sure is. Saved me a fortune already just on books and magazines. I admit i'm addicted to this site. Some of the stories of what the DCA's get up to are much more interesting than who's ******* who anyway
