Re: New and confused
Hi samsmum,
I see you have had a note sent home from the pre school potty training group at Moorcroft Towers. You must have read my comments about these cretins elsewhere on here. They have these "divisions" for everything including opening the coffee tin, however they have to get an intelligent temp from an agency in to open the sugar bag.
If they actually do threaten (not the ifs buts and maybes) they get a letter which when opened they poo their pants, send the account back to the OC and make a run for the basement toilet for nanny to change their nappies.
Jokers!
regards
Garlok

Re: New and confused
Hi samsmum,
In the position that this alleged account appears to be in, I would have thought that you have little to worry about from Moorcroft. They do not own the alleged debt in Absolute and hence have no legal powers or authority whatsoever. They have no cause of action to go to court of their own volition, they can only act in conjunction with the OC. Their ONLY weapon against you at this moment is your OWN fear of what they might or might not do, which actually is NOTHING only bully, posture and threaten. Once they see you are not going to roll over at their bidding they go away to prey on someone weaker and more vulnerable. Despicable toerags.
regards
Garlok

You're learning fast samsmum
I shouldn't think you've anything to worry about from Moorcroft. I've seen them off from a couple of mine (though I did get a doorstep visit - he got the door shut in his face! )Let your smile change the world but don't let the world change your smile
