Ok, send this back to Reliable Collections with a copy of the Niddy Special letter from before. As before, add both references to the same letter now - treat this as a bundled package from here-on-in.

I am utilising my rights, had this catalogue utilised theirs and not tried to cheat and scam me each month for god knows how many years, we'd not be having this discussion right now.

A copy of my last letter dated xx / xx / 2011 is attached for your perusal - I strongly suggest you read it and take note of the content as my next port of call will be the Ombudsman which will cost you £500 per complaint; i.e. another £1,000 loss on top of the already unenforceable accounts.
