Re: Maui Jim's UE Diary
I have seen it all now! This morning I had a reply from Tryiton but it was just an empty envelope....there was nothing inside!

Re: Maui Jim's UE Diary
Update RBS
06/01/12 Letter from RBS. It's the usual blurb but they have returned my £1 PO with a check list attached. The usual reason - "We need your signature"
I will send the template "Demand of Signature"
One of the items on the checklist that was ticked as a reason for being unable to comply with my request is
Request received and payment is included
What's that all about? It shows how poor these people can be!!Last edited by AAD-LinkEditor; 7 January 2012, 14:08.

I will now await letters from Crap Pest and RBS.

Re: Maui Jim's UE Diary
The Royal Mail national computer system has crashed
I visited a few post offices before someone told me they hadn't just closed for lunch!
I have printed the postage ready to send to Tryiton but I'll have to wait until tomorrow now!
Their website has been awful for weeks and today it is very bad! I think I would be better off with a pigeon!

Re: Maui Jim's UE Diary
That's fine, I'll send the CCA request as advised in the other post.Originally posted by Never-In-Doubt View PostNo in this case the DCA (Try-it-On) should be dealing with the s.78 request and if they try it on (lol no pun intended) then simply quote them s.175 (CCA1974).....

Cheers, I will get onto this on MondayOriginally posted by Never-In-Doubt View PostAs above, funny how both have been handed over at the same time..... send a CCA request - one for each account, in one envelope but with two postal orders/cheques @ £1 each.....
