            Why do they keep on insisting that they are passing these accounts between different firms when it takes 5 mins on Google to find out they are all one and the same. Tessera, Fenton Cooper and Rockwell all at same address. More like hand it to the next desk or room.

            The more sinister thing though is the amalgamation of debts owned by Arrow at one agent just as they said they were going to do when they were joining up with Experian in the spring.

            From what I was reading this is exactly what we could expect more and more of. The final bit was that debt purchasers would know who is running the most accounts for each consumer and therefore place their account with that particular DCA. Arrow seemed to be of the expectation back then, that if we had multiple accounts, then in the future we would have one DCA. But this DCA would know a whole lot more about us and our situation.

            Very interesting to see they could not find your Original Egg Agreement.

Do I wait and see what comes next or should I do as they suggest and send a fresh CCA request to Arrow knowing that whatever they send will not be a true and accurate copy. As always all help is greatly appreciated.
