    08/06/13 - Letter received from CL finance that we have failed to make agreed payments. We need to make payments within 10 days otherwise termination of agreement and a doorstep visit to collect payment.

    12/08/13 - Letter received from HC & Co Solicitors. notice of pending action. we have been instructed to issue a claim against you in the county court in respect of above debt. Should you fail to respond to this letter, a claim will be issued against you without any further notice. Our client has asked that we take this final opportunity to remind you off implications of action being taken against you through court. Need advice on this one.

    23/08/13 - Sent letter regarding my CCA request not being fulfilled. This letter was returned this morning. address matches that of Howard Cohen solicitors. Rang automated system for track and trace and went online and it says letter still in system.

    13/11/13 - Letter received from HC & Co Solicitors. Notice of pending legal action. we have instructed to issue a claim against you in the county court in respect of the above debt. Should you fail to respond a claim will be issued.

    15/02/13 - Letter received from Robbin Scum Account has now been passed to us to act as collection agent. Please contact us in 7 days. Gonna ignore.

      07/03/13 - Word back from Niddy. Seems like the CCA is enforceable :-(

"Response to a request pursuant to Section 77 of the consumer Credit Act 1974. we write to your letter dated 25/01/2013???. in normal circumstances the request you have made under section 77 off the CCA 1974 is not valid and HSBC has no obligation to provide the documents you seek. This is because the info relates to closed /repaid products that are no longer in force.

              04/02/13 Replied back saying will pick all details at local branch of RBS/Natwest providing relevant ID.

              11/02/13 Recieved letter back for CCA. it states signature does not match on the one we have on record

              13/02/13 Sent letter back stating that CCA does not require a signature. Will pick up CCa from local branch if Identifcatin is a big issue. Also stated that the 12 days were up on the 08/02/13

              25/02/13 Recieved letter back from Tesco asking for Signature again for CCA

              07/03/13 Recieved letter regarding SAR from RBS. "Cannot provide information you are looking for because we cannot locate it :-)

              08/04/13 - Received email from Moorcroft Group stating regular payments haven't been received and to contact them asap.

              09/04/13 - Sent letter to moorcroft stating My CCA request dated 21.01.13 to RBS/Tesco hass not been met. Attached a copy of the letter sent.

              10/04/13 - letter received from Moorcroft again. this time stating latest instalment on your agreement not received. Records show that i am using a 3rd party in dealing with them (Payplan)They are confirm that they are still prepared to accept the sum agreed before...ignoring this they should of received the letter i sent yesterday about dispute.

              16/04/13 - letter from Moorcroft. They have submitted request to Tesco Bank for relevant documentation. They will not seek to enforce this debt until such time Documentation has been supplied.

              27/04/13 - Letter received from Tesco. Thank you for your letter dated xx/xx/xx. As per 3 diff prev letters, we do not ask for the signature as part of the CCA 1974, but part of TESCO BANK PROCESS. We require your signature b4 we release any info and have followed correct procedure. Unfortunately you have yet again failed to provide a specimen signature. Therefore we WILL NOT release any documents. FOR YOUR INFORMATION, this account IS enforceable and we will continue to recover the sums outstanding. Gonna wait and see what they throw at us next

              21/07/13 - Our Records show that despite our previous letters to you payment has not been made. Your record has not been passed to Home Collections Division for possible action. Going to ignore

              16/08/13 - letter from Teco. We write to advise that due to your failure to agree or maintain repayments towards your Tesco Bank debt we have deicded to pass the managment of your account to one of our DCA. The DCA is called Robinscum Way. Going to ignore.

              06/09/13 - Letter from the scum. we understand it can be difficult to maintain payment. You made a previous repayment offer which was declined ( No i didnt ! )

              18/09/13 - Letter from Robin Scum. We understand your in difficult times how worrying can it be to work out to how to pay overdue accounts. We may allow your account to be paid by affordable installments of just £30 a month. Gonna ignore.

              10/10/13 - Letter from Tesco Bank. Despite previous correspondence and repeated attempts. We will shortly have no alternative but to seek the assistance of a DCA.

                26/03/13 - Update..this account has CCJ and charging order against house. Kept payment the same £18.27 a month.

                25/04/13 - received letter back from beneficial reference SAR request.Thank you for your recent letter in which you have requested information relating to the agreements you hold with us. we have assumed that your request for information is likely to be in relation PPI policies. We can confirm the account did not hold PPI charges. Returned £10 postal order :-)From the statement they have sent 2003-2006. There is nearly £1500 of charges they have put on

                      Did you SAR Tesco and RBS separately or on one SAR?
                      My SAR to RBS did not get any Tesco stuff.

                              Id be happy to get anything at this stage. Sending me around in Circles. Want a signed application for CCA and SAR. Not happy with collecting from branch. And the threat letter has not budged them one bit. Dont know what to do next

                                I think they are all good signs. If they had the proper docs they would probably send them without quibble.

                                I think I suggested previously that a SAR or CCA request can be signed with a 'modified' signature. Some change to it that they would not spot you would if they 'lifted' it.
                                TBH, I have done it a few times in the hope they would lift it and use it fraudulently.

                                As you are still paying these tossers there is little benefit in delaying things at this stage. It is nice to know for sure if they have the right docs.
