    To elaborate, linking images to third party services such as photobucket et al slows things down for users on phones and other devices not plugged into a direct connection so we prefer not to use them, it also stops visitors reading the content....

    Please try and follow the guide and load direct to the site. If we see photobucket links, we purge them monthly so all links will vanish in a month anyway!

            Nooo, you didn't - it was because it was only recent I added the photobucket deletion purge

            - me thinks I forgot to tell the mods about it

                Received letter today, reply to my SAR request to HFC, in which they say I will receive a full response within the next 40 days.

                Funny thing, the reference only mention one account number, a CC precisely, no mention of at least 2 more accounts I had or have with them within the last 6 years. Hope I will receive info for all the accounts.

                  SAR is person (ie data subject / you) specific not account specific. Upon request your name and address with date of birth should suffice however providing them an account number, may mean they link to that for ease of writing to you but the SAR will contain everything about you - if not, its a breach of your s.7 DPA Request and so they must address it.....

                        UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Barclaycard Visa

                        I was in court yesterday, the nightmare is finished this long and complicated case is finally over, the agreement was found by the judge, case dismissed

                        Another great win for Niddy's team and their solicitors

                        It's Party Time, after 28 hours awake, I just managed 5 hours sleep right now, the best 5 hours I ever had.

                        Next case please!!!!
