    Re: Fribourg's UE Diary

    LOL

I received a letter fom CrapQuest saying that they have taken over my CapitalOne CC etc etc, and that they will CCJ me and bla bla bla.

I replied to them with a CCA request digitally signed and with the 1 pound postal order, they sent it back to me saying that their client has requested that the above request is signed by the account holder before they will process it

Hmm, what should I do now, I guess using my left hand and pretending to sign it??

or should I send it back with another template letter??

    What do you think??

            Re: Fribourg's UE Diary

            ok guys a few updates

I received a letter on the 5th of August from CRS about a debt to Lowell of an amount (££££) I do not recognize, so I sent them a CCA request, which they've received next day, that was on the 16th August, they keep phoning and leaving messages.

            removed by admin

Then on the 31st August they sent a potential legal action letter, what is clear is that they have ignored my CCA request

            removed by admin

So what should I send this muppets?? or just should I wait and see??

Send this with a copy of the original request plus a copy of the signed for proof (ie screen print the royal mail proof of delivery page) ---> Unenforceability Templates - Section 1

Bear in mind the templates look weird today - see this ---> allaboutFORUMS - View Single Post - allaboutDEBT New Website

Just reformat it if necessary - or wait till tomorrow and I hope to have it sorted

Ok, I sent them a letter using the template above, including a copy of the CCA request sent, plus a copy of the proof delivery signed from the post office web site.

Will see what they do now, I bet you they will keep ignoring all about it

I do understand, no probs, just took out the paragraph about stopping payments, not needed in this situation.

                        Will keep you updated
