I am no legal eagle and your post was most helpful as was Pauls. They have answered my question and the reasons why so all is good.

Last part of the post just meant the holder of the debt needs to be aware of where things could be heading if they choose not to comply. Its a legal request.

Whereas at the moment they will be blissfully unaware what I have and havnt got.

The SAR's have been most interesting reading. But they are just that.

( Before anyone asks the SAR's were for something completely different not UE )

If you're referring to your Debanham's store card which became a credit card in 2003 the answer to your original question is that things could be heading nowhere Did you SAR this one and did it produce a new signed agreement when the credit card product started?

Correct and what I got back will be with Niddy today. However it predates the creditcard appearance which is clearly seen upgrading in the coms log.

No agreement for the creditcard anywhere.

However I will be doing the CCA request aswell as advised in the thread earlier. Hence why I was asking the question.

Want to do it correctly.

Yep as the CCA is via a SAR so just carry on is Niddys advice,.

This always was going to be the least likely but one good thing its a tiddler in the grand scheme of things.
