    Trying hard to scare you into submission no doubt. A ccj will only affect you if they win one. Cabot has a range of flaws to overcome no doubt. If and when required JCS should see them off

    A few years ago AAD would say ask for this and that with the LBC.
    But the DCA's used the LBC to get their ducks in a row and then come back and SUE!
    This is the advice I was given when PRA came after me in October '20 - wait until they issue court papers before asking for documentation then the clock is ticking down while they do it. Ask before and they have all the time they need to prepare.

    Assuming they have access to them and it's not SB, of course

    Tactics as well as Law play their part here. Hence a good Diary is important for good decisions.
    JCS are at the top of their game!!

    I suspect they will never be able to come up with your CCA. This happened to me after sale to Cabot- even though Natwest had provided a totally compliant S78 response. Might well be something in the assignment but that is just a guess.

    For me , they called me and I said they had not complied, they closed both accounts thee and then - but I am not saying that is what you should do, especially as it is for a large amount.
