LBC received from MCS re: Debt2. Including an E&I sheet. This is definitely not from the County Court. Filed. Presumably I continue to ignore until the actual court paperwork drops.

Trying hard to scare you into submission no doubt. A ccj will only affect you if they win one. Cabot has a range of flaws to overcome no doubt. If and when required JCS should see them off

A few years ago AAD would say ask for this and that with the LBC.
But the DCA's used the LBC to get their ducks in a row and then come back and SUE!

This is the advice I was given when PRA came after me in October '20 - wait until they issue court papers before asking for documentation then the clock is ticking down while they do it. Ask before and they have all the time they need to prepare.

Assuming they have access to them and it's not SB, of course
