In the old days I would have been sending a harassment letter. I think if it continues I would do that. I assume you have a record of dates and times if these texts etc. Remember it is how it feels to you and that can change over time. I would quite welcome a nasty letter from Cabot right now so I could fire both barrels at them as all my debts are well and truly SB

To be honest I can cope with the emails / texts & letters as I choose to ignore them. I have had the occasional voicemail left when oddly I have never actually had a call !
I am just not sure if they plan to escalate any possible action, which obviously I will have to deal with it as it happens. I am coming up to 3 years of no contact with them so I want to continue.

What exactly did Cabot’s text message say and which debt is this for so I can see the history before making any suggestion on how to manage the situation (my apologies for not reading back through your thread).

I have been receiving a couple of letters per week now which vary from saying, 'set a plan that works for you' to 'we need your attention, it's not too late to get back on track' the latter explains that if I do not contact them, their attempts to contact me will increase.
These letters relate to EGG CREDIT CARD BALANCE £210.10 & OPUS CREDIT CARD BALANCE £718.40.
I will update the individual creditor entries.

Thank you for the support & advice as always. I just wondered if there was any debt they are more likely to pursue than others in terms of value or do they chase all debts the same. My naive brain wonders if they are less likely to pursue the smaller debt than the larger one but like I say I am pretty green when it comes to this!
