      * The reason we say stop all payments is so the lender knows you are serious. Also, on any non-defaulted accounts it allows the lender to default you. Sending for CCA's is the best way forward here, notice the bank account version is different to the others and works differently as well.

The PDL - ignore them for now, do not pay them a penny and ignore them. We can come back to this later.

Anything else, give us a shout

Obviously any CCJ's must continue to be paid. If you are on a formal DMP then stop it ONLY after getting the bank details so you can set up a standing order yourself without a break in payments.

The bank accounts use this type of CCA ---> Overdrafts - CCA Information - allaboutFORUMS

Hope the above helps, I have went through it and updated posts where I missed the amount of CCJ's you've gotten

Thanks Never In doubt for your useful info......Will let you know how i get on

Just a quick niggle really. If some of the recent accounts have defaulted already - if i cease payments, wont this result in a CCJ?

Nope, we won't let it get that far - but you do need to keep us updated all the way - no delays

Get the CCA sent off, that's the first thing. Even though they are new, they are smallish balances so don't worry. You'll be fine....

Any questions, fire away - ask anything, but whatever you do make sure you're 100% happy with the UE path before pursuing it

Does no harm; Although no need as the template clearly spells that out to the creditor mate

Hi, don't be surprised if for some you get nothing back or it takes a while. Also if you get letters saying you have stopped paying we are sending you to hell etc do not panic just come back here and ask. Finally they may start phoning you. Just say please contact me in writing. Do not even do security with them. All in all don't panic or worry. Do as i say not as i do

All CCA's now posted with postal orders. Got some wallets and box files ready for the deluge of post that's gonna hit the mat shortly. Prepared !!

Forgot to say that I contacted MCS regarding OLD DEBT 6. Old CCJ which I am paying at £10 per month and current Balance is £3403.
They wanted £2000 for f+f. Then they offered £1500. I said I could afford half of that and they will accept £750.
Told them to put in writing first before I finally pay up.

Im now in the process of sending off CCA's using the templates supplied to try and recover penalty charges and fees applied to my credit cards.

How far can i claim back on?

                                Thanks
