In that case, definitely go here -

Overdrafts - CCA Information - allaboutFORUMS

and scroll down to the section headed "Part 2 - The Response".

The letter just under that heading is the one you need.

        Hi.

Sorry to butt in, and being something of a newbie I'm certainly not an authority, but as I read the discussion the OP has not had a response to the o/d CCA request. It seems to me that it is too soon for the template in Part 2, and that what the party chasing need to be sent at this stage is just a reminder that they have failed to respond to the request (enclosing a copy of the original).

Please feel free to correct me if I am mistaken.

You have not responded to our earlier letter regarding this outstanding debt. I am concerned that you have not understood the seriousness of the situation and I would therefore like to make our postion clear.

We have every intention of collecting this debt, even if we have to arrange for a collector to call at your address , or commence legal action.

I am sure this debt is causing you considerable worry, but in order for us to help you, we need to speak to you. Please don't ignore this; call us today and we may be able to agree a repayment plan or a discounted settlement figure. We will consider all offers.

          yours sincerely

Arrears for the sum of £1, and they want to take you to court!!!!!

Under no circumstances should you trust this amount of money to the postal service, nor to any system of electronic banking. Withdraw the cash from as many ATM machines as possible, so that the load is spread equally between them. Place the cash in secure black bags, and place the bags in with other bags to act as decoys. Hire a security van with as many armed officers as you can afford, and be prepared to transport the money yourself.

Travel by a round about route, to foil professional criminal gangs who may have heard about your journey. Try to stay in the back of the van so you are not visible to the outside, use camouflage on the van, and wear disguises. When you arrive at your destination, make sure you enter the building with an armed guard in front of you, one to the rear, and one on each side. Ask for security verification from all alleged Moroncrap employees.

Make sure the cash is counted out while you are still present, and a duplicated receipt obtained. You'll have to be very patient while the clerk counts out the money.

                        SH

PS - On the other hand, you could just ignore the cretins. Up to you.

Do I take it from what you have said that a CCA request was sent to iQor, and they have just sent back the PO uncashed? Did they enclose an uncashed PO?
