        It's just about Argos card and tells me about statements and financial and related details

        example : 8 we will set the credit limit for your account and tell you what it is when we send you your Argos card.

                    Are they still in default of your CCA request?

                    If so, and they are making soft threats such as "may" do this and "may" do that, I would just send them this -

                      yep none of them have even aknowledged my CCA request.
                      I just got off the phone with payplan as payment is not showing up on payplanplus, i am paying the 3 remaining accounts through payplan as it's easier right now as i take care of my parents and also help hubby run the business. But the guy on the phone told me that when i sned of CCA requests creditors still need paying, I told him they are not getting any money as they haven't complied with my request as yet and this is my legal right to ask them .

                      Payplan are all for the creditors though so they want them being paid

                        This is one of the main reasons why it is obvious that they are just bog standard templates. They are telling you that if you have financial difficulties, you should contact a DMP, when you are already in one. They can't even be bothered to use different templates for people in different situations.

                        It will be much better when you can get away from PayPlan, although I understand your reasons for not doing that immediately. At least you are aware of their true nature, which greatly lessens the chances of them stabbing you in the back.

                          It's true and i do want rid of them just at the moment too much on my plate.

                          Just said to hubby its such a shame we never fully understood CCA requests four years back and fairfax would never have got that charge on the house , its such a pity but hey ho its done and we can't get away from it now .

                          If we can offere full and final settlements to Lewis group which is a ccj and is £704 and the orange account which is £243 i would definatley pay fairfax online and dump payplan .

                            It is a time consuming process to come off a DMP but after the initial set up of your own systems it really gives you control and a greater peace of mind. Good luck with it.

                            btw, some of my lot still seem to think that I am still with CCCS, I dumped them at the end of 2008 !!

                              It's true and it really p*****ed me off today that guy telling me i have no right to put the accounts on hold, i answered him by saying 'yes they are on hold i have letters from the creditors' he soon shut up.

                              I could easily do my own plan but our income and expenditure is up and down at the moment and i only pay the basics each month there are no luxuries , so when it came to sending a review to the creditors i wouldn't know how to go about it .
