Hi all
Received letter from Capquest stating they have been assigned the account and cap one will be sending me notice of this, the letter goes on to state they have not been made aware of any financial hardship ( if only!!) nor of any dispute concerning the account it's quite a long winded letter but the gist of it is they are looking for me to contact them and arrange a payment plan . What would be my next best step with these people?
As always any suggestions will be much appreciated
