Wait and let them waste their illgotton gains on paper and postage, it will keep somebody in a job. See what they have to say for themselves, bet it is not an invite to you to attend one of their expenses paid party./

Re: Starting out
Sosad
It is still very early days for you.
If Niddy says it's UE then don't even think about "if they issue papers i will pay them"
Oh I understand how tempting it would be to pay them all a little just to shut them up , but that is what they are counting on.
I am sure that there are plenty of people who will hold your hand as you go through things and unlike other places the advice you will get will be good and sound. No one will cut you free at a critical moment

Re: Starting out
Thanks Flowerpower I had already decided to ignore ,just needed a wee push !!!(of encouragement ) I like to know I'm doing things properly.
Thanks Jon I am trying not to worry ,I do understand that they will try and collect money ,if they get as far as court papers I will offer payments ,though much lower than I originally offered. Take care xxLast edited by Sosad; 25 June 2012, 17:51.

Re: Starting out
Hi Sosad
I thin k what you need to remember is that even if it is UE (which Niddy says it is) they are still allowed to try and get th emoney off you until it is SB.
I have read two versions but basically they can go up to and (I think) including the issuing of court papers .
BUT they can not enforce, so if papers were issued a swift sod off I will defend this , you will lose and have to pay costs would get rid of them.
Basically do not worry but let Niddy or someone who is better at this than me put your mind at rest,
