    Niddy did say that the CCA was unenforceable ,I didn't quite know how or if to respond to their letter , I will respond with the letter suggested as I don't think this company will let you ignore them for very long

    Yes, according to Sosad's post, Niddy said UE on 9th May last year.

    I think I would send the "creditor refusal to accept UE status-cca received" template (sorry, don't know how to copy and paste links on my tablet...really should learn!)

    Either ignore for now, or, as I have done in the past, write to them explaining that this is account is still in dispute as prescribed terms are missing. If you really want to resolve this matter I suggest that you proceed with court action. I do hope that you have sufficient money in your account to pay all costs when you lose. Due to; "missing prescribed terms".

    Otherwise, I suggest that you pass this account back.

    June 11th, received letter stating formal notice given that they are preparing papers to commence action at my local court to seek a judgement against me

    June12th Posted threat-o-gram before action letter away

    June25th Received reply back from sainsburys more or less stating we will no longer enter into any other correspondence

    July 2nd. Received letter from moor croft to prevent recommending our client to take further action pay full amount before 7/7/12

    July 3rd Sent account sold in dispute letter

    July 9th Received letter requesting PO to process my request foy CCA agreement

    July 11th Posted one liner letter to moor croft regarding " my cca request" ( which was actually the sold in dispute letter !!) informed
    them to take a look at my letter dated 2nd July, 2012.

    July 19th. Received letter from moorcroft stating "follow -up action will be suspended on your account and we will endeavour to provide you with an appropriate response"

    December 11th received letter from Moorcroft stating to prevent further action send payment proposal to them

    December 14th Sent letter stating to look at letter I posted to them on the 3/7/12 also sent a copy of said letter

    December 22nd December ; Received letter stating in order to stop our recommending our clients that further debt recovery action be taken we can confirm we are prepared to accept a sensible monthly repayment plan an example of what we would consider would be £120 per month .I need to respond within 7 days

    December 29th. ; Received a reply from Moorcroft to my letter dated 14th December ."in order to carry out your request for CCA you
    must provide us with a £1.00 fee!!!". I sent them " account sold in dispute" letter

    January 8th 2013: Received letter from Sainsburys stating they have transferred account to Wescot.

    January 17th: Received letter from Wescot acting for Sainsbury looking for payment of balance

    January 22nd : Sent "sold in dispute" letter to Wescot.

    January 26th: Received letter from wescot stating they have not received a reply to their previous correspondence ,they have.
    given me 10 days to agree to repay full balance, if they don't receive a reply they will take further action Ignore.

    January 30th: Received letter from Wescot stating they are investigating my query, account on hold

    May 18th. Received letter from wescot stating that their client ( sainsburys) has agreed that wescot can offer me a discount to settle account doesn't say how much !!! They also state" unless a suitable arrangement plan is reached within 10 days of the date
    of this letter further recovery action will be taken

    June 17th. Received letter from wescot stating they are arranging a doorstep collector to come to my door and discuss payments
    Towards this account
    June 19th. Sent letter that Scabhunter very kindly " composed" for me, stating that I do not wish to talk to doorstep collectors

    July 20th Received letter from bank of Scotland stating my account has been passed on to Apex Credit Management ,in same
    envelope Apex letter asking me to contact them to make arrangements to pay as soon as possible

    August 6th Sent Apex "telephone harassment " letter and "account in dispute", saved a few pennies

    August 9th Received from apex saying they will investigate my complaint

    October 23rd. Received letter from Wescot stating they have been instructed to collect balance to avoid further action I must pay full amount or telephone them

    October 24th. Sent account sold while in depute letter

    December4th Sent missing prescribed terms letter

    December 8th Received letter from Nelson Guest &Partners as a final attempt to avoid further action they are prepared to offer a discount

    Ignored.

    May 11th. Received letter from wescot stating they have been advised by Bank of Scotland that all relevant documentation has been provided to me they believe the dispute is resolved and I should pay in full or make arrangements to pay monthly.

    June 20th. Received letter from Robinson Way stating they will be in touch to discuss repayment options

    July 3rd: Sent " sold in dispute" letter




    Hiya,
    Received letter from Robinson Way stating " as the account remains unpaid, despite previous letters and calls the account is due to be passed to our solicitors ,drydensfairfax in the next ten 10 days" .

    They have asked me to contact them ,they didn't acknowledge my letter of dispute to them ,what would be my next best step or should I ignore until hey pass it on ?

    How would I respond to this letter or should I ignore and see what they send next?

    Well that letter did the trick....

    I'd just see what they do next if it were me....
