Hiya received a letter today from MK rapid recoveries (Barclaycard) stating " they are now referring this account to Keynes Collections, they may commence litigation ,they could take a charge against your property ( if you are a homeowner ) or have monies deducted from you salary (if you are employed)


I haven't sent a CCA to MKPD yet ,should I still send it ?

what they haven't said is they must take you to court first and win before they can do anything.
I would wait for Keynes to contact you and see what their letter says but others may know better x

Yep, agree. If you send MKDP a CCA request, they will have to get it from Barclays

No I didn't send any paperwork regarding barclaycard to Niddy as I hadn't received any .do you think it would be wothwhile sending a CCA request to MKDP??

I have just been sent a Barclycard CCA from Cabot that I requested in DEC 2011, in it is a letter from Barcs dated Dec 2012 saying they cannot enforce[ cabot seem to think they can] so Barcs seem to have a habit of not sending letters

I didn't receive the letter dated 8th July 2013 , which they have made it look like they did send it to me,on that date as they've sent a "copy" to MKDP .

you are not the only one who got no letter from B'card but got it "forwarded" with big stamp "RECEIVED on" from MKDP/MKRR

In September MKDP "forwarded" me a Barclaycard letter addressed in my name and dated July 2013 signed by Collette Henderson. Never got it but in May got letter with exact same wording signed by Amy Benson (allegedly as an answer to my query - never asked them about anything since transfer of ownership to MKDP).
Obviously template as same wording but attachments are different (photocopies of random pages of terms and conditions).
"Funny" thing is they call those few pages of photocopies as recon: it must be bordering to quantum physics or parallel universes.
