    May be jumping the gun with this Nid, but with a view to averting possible telephone calls / threat of doorstep visits, would it be worth adding relevant parts from those templates to the DFR template to let the muppets know that you are aware of the law here and the possible consequences for them if they try to contact you in this way - more power to your elbow early on as it were.

    I do appreciate however that things need to be done in a set order, so might not be appropriate........wodjafink ;Hmm could it be 2 or ;N ???

    If I was you I'd not do that. These templates are used by many; the lenders don't read them that much so making them bigger doesn't serve to achieve much. Me, I'd send things separately.
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

        I would.... they work.
