1st Credit are now really pushing their luck.As we wait for a response to the CCA request that they received 'months' ago they have offered discounts into March for the totally UE account
Now today they have changed their filthy tactics and have set their mates Connaught Collections over the desk onto us.
Looks like I shall have to start making the same old moans to FOS, OFT.
They have NOT learned anything from previous censure from OFT in 2009.
These people are foolishly risking their trading licence via their current disregard for OFT guidelines on debt collection!
