Do you still have the application (copy) or any paperwork that was sent to you once the application was completed by any chance?

If so check for any details of the Insurer (Underwriter) in the terms and conds part of it I believe, details should be enclosed on that part of the paperwork x

Got a copy of the agreement and 1 sheet on the creditcare but no details on it unfortunately.

I'll try the FOS to see if they know.

The lender as well as the broker can provide you with the insurer/underwriter details, not just the broker who are no longer trading....

Struggling to get any info from anybody.

I'll need to have more research when i'm off work see what's up. Saville is helpful if i can get the applicable rules etc from 1998 but i don't think they'll risk costs in court to win this.
