Rejected many times. I assume with the deadline approaching and the supreme court case they are allocating more funds or something.

Every single time they couldn't find the paperwork. Keep originals safe but send copies if you can. Hope anyone who tries gets just rewards too.

I've now read back through this thread which started in 2011 so this huge compensation cheque is testament to your tenacity.

I particularly like Paragraph 2 of Decision A.

You were stonewalled by all involved, but you kept going (despite being interrupted by a speeding issue along the line )
