Cheeky as it may be, is it possible to reclaim bank charges after a F&F has been agreed and account closed?

I ask, as if it can then I will offer more for F&F. Can't do before as it's about to go to court...so would rather settle at higher amount then claim back charges if possible or would it open a can of worms?

    Hiya

In my opinion it should be ok, but maybe Niddy will know, or someone that may have been in the same situation will know better, (just in case).

Yes it's fine to do a reclaim BUT that depends on how you settled it, ie what template used.

The ones from here are designed to close it from both ends meaning nobody takes anything any further - ie it's final. I suspect the only way to do it is cheekily to the OC if they sold it to a DCA as they don't communicate. If your debt was with barclays and you f&f Barclays then you'd not be able to reclaim as the agreement was done. If it was settled via a dca then try your luck.
