hi mbna sent me a recon agreement some time ago details are in my unenforceable diary i sent the templates as advised then it went quite for months then they sent me another similar recon out of the blue this recon still has faults in it ie amount charged etc but my question is how many true [or untrue] copys can they keep relying on as the first one was supposed to be a true copy
at the start of this journey i owed
    £52000.00 UNSECURED £5000.00 SECURED
£0000.00 secured debt as of 17/12/2010 fingers crossed
on 14/07/2012 i now have £32.000 unsecured and £15.000 unenforceable [thanks to niddy and aad ]
as of 17/03/13 its now £26K AND £15K UE

Well any more than 1 would make it difficult to say that any one of them is honest and accurate if they have to get round your defence of failure to comply with a s78 request.

The more honest and accurate copies you get, the harder job they have if it ever gets to court. (assuming they all have differences of course)

Geez, how many stabs at it do they want,LOL.

The Bank of Rolf Harris......."Can you tell what it is yet?"
Their credence diminishes with every attempt.
Hang on to the letters they send with these guesswork recons. No doubt each is asserting that THIS is the one?
