Just mark the date of that last payment for future ref..the SB clock starts the day after.

If it was me I'd totally ignore the past and literally update us when they write from here on in.

Hi all

Update on this, recieved DCA letter (MKDP) re this and letter from Barclaycard confirming in the same post today.
Would you recommend send the DCA letter, because they are asking me to call them to set up a repayment plan??

When did you take out this Barclaycard? Have you sent a cca request?

At some point in 2009 can't remember exactly when, no haven't sent the cca as per previous posts on the thread Barclaycard had just stopped chasing and everyone advised to leave until they did which is now but through a dca.

When you say that there was also a letter from Barclaycard, was it a notice of assignment?

Send it to MKDP then. You need to check on the agreement date as if post April 2007, then unenforceability wont work.

You can lead them a dance though and who knows

Update - Yesterday was the deadline as per the DCA letter thought I'd give today's post to see if any reply but nothing today either.

Should I go to next letter now or because of the unreliability of the mail give them a little longer.

Have to say in the meantime of sending and now we did get a lot of calls from them (not answered) so they did receive the letter (sent recorded)

Received update letter today essentially saying they have acknowledged the 1st DCA letter but are unable to fulfil the request but are 'liaising' with Barclays to do so!
Reading between that it seems they are struggling, so is my position the same and do nothing? or do is there something I should be doing?
