Why do you want to settle this so urgently; why not blag the cca route? I swear these people are utter morons, letter back today which is just a regurgitated one from the first F&F offer, asking me to pay their counter offer as they did before! it has to be paid before 8/5/14 nothing now about the £1 a week they were asking for in a the previous letter, no DD forms, nothing. They really are dim.Comment

Not really an update in terms of anything happening but I have now moved address and my mail is on re-direction but have heard nothing no chasing etc my phone no: has changed tho so maybe they still call the old number!
Presumably I do nothing until I get the next demand letter and have another go at a F & F offer?Comment
