      Got a letter just now from MKDP dated 27/8 saying that legal action will be taken within 7 days CCJ, put a charge on the property etc,, no mention that I've previously made offers! What would be my next move, make a another F&F offer or arrange monthly instalment plan (£1 etc) just for the clarity it has already been established the debt is not unenforceable.

        Upload the letter (with personal information blanked out) here/ in your diary. Its hopefully just a threat template they use.

          1st dont worry, they have to get you to court , as SA say it could be a threat template, if not we will see what we can do next, maybe send a new CCA request,
          2nd IF they win you get a CCj,
          3rd only if you dont pay your CCJ they then have to go back to court for a CO.
          see they like to scare you with these letters, but they are berry Berry noughty as they are not supposed to do it

            Its attached but the image is very small and has been rotated I dont know how as I took it and it saved the right way up, any suggestions how to get it more legible?

              I've tidied it up for you hun, lighter/more contrast etc. Your reference number was visible.
