      Remove your name on the first letter! or maybe a mod can do it for you.

      I had those letters a few weeks ago. Ive ignored them and see what happens next.

      up to you, someone else may suggest a reply.

            Either send Creditor Refusal to Accept UE Status - allaboutDEBT UK to Westcot or ignore...it's up to you.

                        Remember getting these threatening letters from SCUM and about 7 furthers dca's regarding LLoyds. Finally sar'd them. No agreement. Over 3 years now since last payment. No contact for over 12 months.

                        I know how you feel. At the start I was really scared, could not sleep. No money, no way of paying, yet the phone calls and letters kept coming. Everytime they rang me I answered, FOOL. Learned my lesson.

                        In truth, I do not owe them a penny! They owe me.
