Hi davidm, your thread sounds very familiar to my OH's experience with LTSB!

Drastic reduction of income, made a pro-rata offer which was declined so went down the UE route, like you, they have been 'looking' for the CCA since March 10.

We're now getting threatening letters from Lowells so I am going to go through the folder which is now about two inches thick and will start a thread on here

            All the best, MP

They never found mine! Accucard, Texaco card etc. After 7 DCA's over 3 years, seems to have gone quiet. (For now)

Have I done this link correctly?

                Looks like I have!

It's a very long start but it certainly helps to go through a file and note everything down.

                  ok thanks MP

What they have done is shot themselves in the foot ,cause i sent an sar in conjunction with a PPI claim i had on a loan with them pre 2006 ,got it back saying there are no records on file about me pre 2006 ,so i then sent a cca for the credit card which was taken out pre 2006 ,so they then couldnt say they had kept records for that .
