Hi, just came across this in another thread:

You have no obligation to fill out an I and E form unless it is issued by the court. Personally I would ignore it.

Bearing this in mind I have an enforceable debt I would like to carry on paying the same £5/month I had on my old DMP.
Whats the best way to go about offering without submitting a budget plan? I'm tempted just to set up the standing order but I guess i need some acceptance from them?

IF you want t carry on paying the £5, then I just send them a letter stating that your circumstances remain unchanged and you will continue to pay the £5 / month.

If you have the details and you ae sure thy are correct, just set up the standing order. They wont refuse payments being made.
